Terms ABG
Terms with important information for our costumers:
Only these terms are valid for the business connections between WITTEX GmbH and its costumers. WITTEX GmbH cannot accept contrary or deviating conditions; thus we also contradict them explicitly. Costumer's contrary business conditions only are valid if WITTEX GmbH agrees explicitly and in a written way.
Moment of concluding the contract
By pressing the button "send my order", you order the merchandises in your cart obligatorily. We will acknowledge your order immediately after receiving it. The contract comes about with our acknowledge or with the delivery of the merchandises.

The text of the contract will be saved. You can have a look at our general conditions of the contract at this site whenever you want to. The concrete dates of your order can be checked at "My account".
Terms of delivery
Please have a look at the descriptions of the single products to get to know the presumable terms of delivery. If there aren't any directions, we will normally deliver within a day. If you want to you can even arrange longer terms of delivery.
Delivery in parts
We are entitled to deliver in parts as far as it's acceptable for you. Additional costs will only be levied if it's agreed upon explicitly.
As consumer, you are not bound to your order any longer if you revoke within a term of two weeks after having got the merchandises (according to §13 BGB). The term starts when you are getting the instruction about your right of revocation. Your revocation does not have to contain any substantiations; it can ensue in a written way (an E-mail, for example at info@wittex-germany.com will do) or by returning the merchandises at our own risk. To maintain the term, it's enough to send your revocation or rather the merchandises in time to:

Consequences of your revocation
If the revocation comes into operation, both, costumer and seller, have to give back the received goods and - if necessary - even the profits (e. g. tributes). If you cannot restore the received goods totally, in parts or even in deteriorated state, you have to compensate the value if necessary. This is not valid if the deterioration refers to the test of the goods that might have been possible in the shop. By the way, you can avoid the due of compensating the value by not treating the merchandises as if you were its owner yet and by neglecting everything that could impair its value.
Merchandises that can be send by post must be returned at our risk Customer has to pay the returning shipping cost. Goods that cannot be sent will be fetched.
Excluded from return:
- goods that were produced according to costumers' specifications or made for personal needs; or goods that are - because of their condition - not suitable for a return.
The guarantee follows the legal determinations at which we will deliver again or repair at first if the merchandise defective. If this reparation fails or if the subsequently delivered good is defective likewise, you can return the merchandises by getting back the perfect costs - you can even keep the defective goods and thus lessen the costs. Please have a look at the documentations of the product to get to know possible producer's guarantees.
Reservation of property
The delivered goods stay our property until they are completely paid.
Domicile
The domicile for all litigations from this contract is Eggenfelden - exclusively if the client is consumer.
Data security :
We do only use your adress to transact your order. All dates of our costumers are saved and worked up according to the relevant instruction of the Budesdatenschutzgesetze (BDSG) and the Teledatenschutzgesetz ( TDDSG).
You can get free inquiries about your saved dates at any time and correct, stop and delete them whenever you want to. Please turn to us or send your wishes by post or fax.
We will not pass your personal dates (including your address and your e-mail address) to other persons or firms without your explicit consent that can be revoked at any time. Our service partners who need your dates to transact your order (e. g. the charged forwarding department or the bank that transacts the payment) are excluded of this. In these cases the amount of the transmitted dates is limited on a minimum.
Seller's declaration concerning restitution:
The costumer may return the product.
